Shipping Policy

We have a flat rate shipping of $10 nationwide, excluding oversize items. For items we deem to be oversize, too heavy, or bulky (on a case by case basis), we will charge an addition to this flat rate as needed. Any addition to this freight cost will be stated/ displayed (generally on the product description page), prior to your purchase being completed.

We will endeavor to ship out your order the next business day but cannot be held liable if this is unable to happen. We also cannot ship on public holidays. For items with any delivery delays, we will state a rough timeline of these delays but cannot be held liable for any loss you may incur for any reason based on this timeline we provide.

This time frame for your order being delivered may increase post your purchase being made. We will endeavour to provide any updates on any delays as we can.

All parcels sent via Aramex are insured to a maximum of $2000 per parcel with their Carriers Insurance. All parcels are sent at your own risk. Should your order be damaged or lost, we will endeavour to claim for the value of the parcel.

We are subject to and adhere to the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, and Fair trading Act 1986, and will do our best to come to an amicable solution should you require a refund pursuant to the following conditions.

If you should wish to return an item for a refund, pursuant to the following conditions, please contact us.

All fixed price, buy now items such as bullion, jewellery, numismatic items, and any other items sold “as is” or “AF” meaning “as found” or “all faults” cannot be returned for a refund.

Pictures form part of the description of all items. Whilst we endeavour to verbally describe and photograph products for display online, we cannot be held liable in any way if you deem the item to not be as described. For generic items like bullion in any form, stock/ representative photos will be used, but products supplied will be in varying condition as the product relates to the metal content, brand, and design, and not the condition of the item.

The only items where a return and refund can be accepted and provided are where we offer a guarantee on the items function such as a watch or clock. The return can only be accepted in line with the guarantee offered for faults on the products performance during the term of the guarantee and not for any misuse or damage caused by anyone other than us.

No refunds can be provided on any items purchased through auction. All of these are sold “as is” / “AF”. Unless otherwise stated in the listing, no guarantee is given to the authenticity of any item auctioned through us. However, we will do our best to make buyers aware when we believe an item is counterfeit through stating this in the product description.

Shipping

To return your product, please contact us first. If we agree to a final inspection prior to the refund being provided, please contact us for the return address and notify us of your desire to return the product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and in which case we don't, we cannot issue a refund. You are wholly liable for getting the product back to us so it can be inspected before a refund can be given.

Cancelled Orders

Orders may not be cancelled under any circumstance. When an order is placed, a legally binding agreement is formed, and the purchase must be completed unless under agreement by both Heritage International Limited and the purchaser.
