How do I purchase online?

Firstly, you`ll need to create an account or login to the website. Then navigate to the products you wish to purchase, press add to cart, and finally press checkout. You’ll then be sent an email confirming the order and containing and invoice with payment instructions for direct bank transfer. Due to the nature of the goods we sell, we require cleared funds before the goods can be released.

How do I pay for my purchase?

By direct bank transfer. Payment instructions will be provided in the email notification and invoice you receive by email after completing checkout. Due to the nature of the goods we sell, we require cleared funds before the goods can be released. This means direct bank transfer is the best option for us to securely accept payments.

How does shipping work for items purchased through the website?

We have a standard shipping rate of $10 per order. For all items we deem to be oversize, overweight, or that require different shipping methods, there will be additional charges. These will be clearly specified on the product page prior to checkout. All parcels are insured to a maximum of $2000 and all value in items shipped above this are done at your own risk.

Can I collect my items?

Yes, you can collect items purchased online. Please click the box during checkout to let us know you wish to collect the items from our shop. For items that are in stock, they will be available for collection the next business day during shop hours. For items with delivery days, we will notify you when they are ready for collection.

I live out of town but want to collect my order, will you hold it for me?

Yes, we can hold your order until you are able to come and collect it. Payment will be required upfront for the goods to confirm the order.

How do I contact customer support if I have a question or issue?

How do I bid on an item in the auction?

To bid on an item, simply click the "Place Bid" button located next to the item you're interested in. Enter your maximum bid amount and confirm your bid. If your bid is the highest when the auction ends, you will win the item.

What happens if I win an auction?

If you win an auction, you will receive an email notification with instructions on how to complete your purchase. You will be required to pay for the item within 48 hours.

Can I cancel my bid on an auction item?

No, bids are final and cannot be cancelled. Please make sure you carefully review the item description and bid amount before placing your bid.

How do I know if I've been outbid on an auction item?

You will receive email notifications if you are outbid on an item. You can also check the auction product page to see the current highest bid.
